Right to return/refund

The consumer has the right to exercised the right to refund/return; he/she must submit the returns request  by sending his/her communication to the address info@hprcusa.com within no more than 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Not satisfied? You are free to return your purchase whatever the reason!
Goods ordered on our website can be returned for any reason whatsoever.


Here's what you do:

  • Repack the item in its original carton

  • You can contact a courier to organize pick-up.

  • The customer-consumer must send the product to:

Method of refund/return
The right to refund/return is nevertheless subject to the following conditions:
Goods purchased must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories such as instructions, inner parts, etc); in order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend that, wherever possible, the package is placed inside a second box; in any case, please avoid attaching labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned.

Returning Products
Once these conditions have been met, we will reimburse the customer with the entire amount already paid for the product within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, re-crediting the amount charged to the Credit Card.

Forfeiture of the right to refund/return
The right to refund/return is totally forfeit in the event of failure to fulfill the essential condition of the goods remaining intact (damaged contents), in the cases where Plaber America Inc. ascertains:

  • Use, even partial, of the goods and any consumable materials;

  • Missing outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;

  • Absence of integral elements of the product (instructions, inner parts or other);

  • Damage to the product caused by anything other than transport;

  • In the cases listed above Plaber America Inc shall return the purchased product and charge shipping costs to the sender.
